Air Vitals is a sensor and software service that reads your air handler's real operating signs — temperature, power draw, and runtime — and turns them into a simple health check, so small problems get caught before they become a broken system and a five-figure repair.
By the time you notice, it's already the expensive kind of problem.
In high-heat areas, we count on air conditioning to keep our living spaces comfortable. Most of the time, we only notice something is wrong two ways: we feel the heat, or the electric bill tells us.
Both of those are late signals. By the time either one shows up, the system has usually been working harder than it should for weeks — and there were early indicators along the way that could have caught the issue while it was still small.
Continuous monitoring closes that gap. It gives you the early read, before a minor inefficiency turns into a major repair.

The device mounts on your air handler and reads the same physical signs an HVAC tech would check on a service call — it just never stops checking.
Is it actually cooling the air?
Sensors on the return and supply side measure how much cooler the air is coming out than going in — the clearest sign of whether your system is performing the way it should.
Is it working harder than it used to?
We correlate temperature data with your system's power draw and runtime, so a slow drift toward "working harder for the same result" shows up early — not on the bill.
What should you actually do?
Our engine turns raw sensor data into one of two answers: here's the specific thing worth a call to your HVAC tech, or — most of the time — sit back and relax, everything's healthy.
Every install is built in-house from scratch, with the ability to combine multiple sensors to match your specific AC setup. It's non-intrusive — we collect data, we don't touch your system.
